A well-run promotions scheme adds a powerful dimension to any successful organisation's marketing programme. It enhances loyalty among the sales teams, agents and distributions centres, improves longer- term customer relationships, and encourages satisfied customers to make repeat purchases.

Our complete wraparound process looks after the design and development of the scheme and its visual identity, as well as the creation and distribution of catalogues. These provide participants with a tangible experience of the scheme and are updated about every six months as new products are added.

We handle all registrations, the issuing and redemption of points and the delivery of chosen products. Every order is tracked and we oversee a home delivery service using couriers to take the product directly from the suppliers.

The programme is constantly monitored, with monthly statements enabling clients to measure their scheme's effectiveness and adapt it as appropriate. Sales performance can be tracked against targets, so that incentive levels can be adjusted if necessary.

Each campaign is supported by a special hotline for any participants' queries and can also be underpinned by a customised electronic system that facilitates more detailed reporting. This could include individual customer records and staff performance on specific accounts, as well as historical data throughout the life of the programme.
